GlowRx Refund Agreement 1.I voluntarily submit this refund request and solemnly confirm that the name, refund amount, order screenshot, and receiving information I have provided are true, accurate, valid, and free of any false, forged, or misleading content. 2.The refund method (Bitcoin / Ethereum / Base) and receiving address are provided by me at my own discretion. I have carefully verified the accuracy of such information and fully understand that any loss of funds arising from an incorrect, incomplete, or false receiving address shall be borne solely by me, and GlowRx shall bear no responsibility whatsoever. 3.I agree that the order screenshot and receiving QR code I submit will be used solely for the verification and processing of this refund, will not be used for any other purpose, and will be properly and securely kept in accordance with applicable privacy protection requirements. 4.Refund review generally takes 1 to 7 business days. The review result shall be subject to official notice, and I understand and accept any reasonable waiting period that may be required during the review process. For any false, fraudulent, or malicious refund claims, GlowRx reserves the right to pursue legal liability in accordance with the law. 5.I confirm that, prior to submitting this request, I have fully read, thoroughly understood, and voluntarily agreed to all terms of this Agreement. Submitting this request shall be deemed my formal acceptance and acknowledgment of this Agreement.
